AK-1 by designer Ronsben Huen of Husky Design is an interesting electric bike concept. The small electric bike folds automatically so that you can easily park it anywhere. The design was inspired by triangles which symbolize speed and stability. Two linear actuators fitted inside the body automatically fold the bike. A simple key press is all it takes to fold and unfold the electric bike.
The futuristic yet simple electric bike concept is powered by a 48V, 350W brushless motor and 8.7 Ah Lithium battery pack. The bike has range of 22 miles on a single charge and can reach speeds of 20 mph. Braking duties are handled by electromagnetic disc brake system.
